Operation principle

The single station bag packaging machine is a machine designed for pre made bag picking, opening, filling, and sealing.

The operation of the machine is initiated by a series of cylinders after connecting compressed air.

During the operation of the machine, the suction cup is first moved to the bottom of the bag through the action of the cylinder. Then, the vacuum generator works (which is also powered by compressed air to generate vacuum) to generate vacuum pressure, suck in the bag, and then the mechanical part of the bag will rotate 90 degrees to turn the bag from horizontal to vertical Of course, the bag mouth is facing upwards. In addition, the other half of the machine also has vacuum suction cups, which means that there are vacuum suction cups on both sides of the bag. The vacuum suction cups on both sides work simultaneously, but in opposite directions. Therefore, the bag will be opened by pulling the bag to both sides according to the direction of the vacuum suction cup movement. If the bag cannot be opened, the machine will try three similar actions to open the bag. If the bag still cannot be opened, the machine will give up and retrieve the bag again.

After the bag is opened, the hopper will be placed inside the opening of the bag and then opened. The other filling part (another box) will continue to work, filling the product into the bag through the filling head. When the filling is completed, the machine will straighten the filling port of the bag and lift it upwards. Once it reaches the desired position, the machine will automatically heat up and seal the bag opening.
